In the southern united states where furnaces are replaced with air conditioners. A small portion of the living space air is exhausted and replaced with fresh exterior air. The exterior air is cooled with the exhausted air by using an air to air heat transfer coil.
We offer an air treatment version by passing the exterior air through a PCO treatment before it enters the homes living space.
 Environmental Care Limited is an exciting new environmental technology for the treatment of air and water. Treating air and water with titanium dioxide as a catalyst and ultra violet light cause’s irritants like VOC’s (poisonous chemical vapors) found in our living and working space and 99% of airborne bacteria. This is done by decomposition. The reaction literally breaks the chemical bonds of the irritant rendering it inert.
It is important to note that the Ultra violet is not used as a disinfectant itself. It is only used to activate the Titanium dioxide catalyst. The Ultra Violet is a very low wattage.
A typical 24”x24” return air installation would use about 60 watts equal to a small light bulb.
Air Version PCO
 The air version of PCO is NOT at replacement for filters. Filters are irreplaceable and necessary to remove large airborne particulate. Some High efficiency hepa filters can remove micron sized particles. They will get plugged up and require replacement. Activated charcoal absorbs VOC’s just like the PCO. They do it by absorption, and will need to be replaced when full. Nano Fotocide never needs replacement. To maintain check the UL bulb and rinse the honeycomb maze with water from a hose during regular preventative maintenance.
The best hepa filter operates at the micron level of particle filtration. A micron is 1/1,000,000 (millionth of a meter).
PCO operates at one billionth of a meter. 1/1,000,000,000 of a meter at the size of the pollutant molecule.

Airborne Bacteria:
99% in once pass. These include Asthma, common cold and flu, Hay fever, Legionnaires disease, smallpox, and mold.
Decompose low concentrations of total volatile organic compounds:
97% in one pass. These can include benzene, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform formaldehyde, toluene, and xylene.
To put this in perspective formaldehyde is found in homes, and comes from paint, rug glue and the preservative in construction lumber.
